Been falling behind on blogging cause I am swamped at work and every where else. Have a bunch of projects that are keeping me super busy- working too much!! Plus Corey and I are getting ready to run a marathon in Vegas in a few weeks..not just any marathon- a very hilly, hard marathon. It will be our first time away from Isley overnight- I have been nervous about it for months, but she will be in good hands. And it will be the first time Corey and I are in Vegas together!
Isley is becoming more of a little girl everyday- talk in up a storm, wanting to do everything by herself (she tells us to "Stop" all the time), copying everything Corey and I do. One of her favorite things is "bucks" (male deer). She looks at all of Corey's hunting magazines and yells "Bucks" all day long. She was in Barnes and Noble to other day and grabbed a hunting magazine (same one's we have at home) and ran all around the store with a tight grip on it. She screams at the bucks on TV and when Corey bring home antlers- she loves them! Tonight we had to go down stairs and look at all the antlers- she is too funny.
Still loves to do everything I do- she brushes her teeth with my tooth brush after I do, plays with my mascara, puts on my shoes and doesn't like to share me with Corey- tells Corey to stop when he hugs me. Here she is wearing my running shoes- she is pretty good about walking around in shoes that are the same size as her legs!
She is also pretty good at having little fits every now and then. She lays down and kicks her little legs and cries for a minute or so. They are easy to stop and avoid, but I had to catch one on camera (she was mad I wouldn't let her have my 600$ camera to play with). Supposedly I use to cry a lot when I was little too.
In mama's shoes.
Loving daddy's bucks!
Playing with books- a favorite past time.
Little fit cause she can't have the camera.
Such tears!
