Little Green Gardner

Isley is quite the little gardner. She helped me plant our garden and she loves to help water the flowers. Just want this weather to stay nice so I can teach her the most important part of gardening- pulling weeds! Ha!

Shes TWO!

Isley turned TWO today! We had a fun filled day with lots of playing and suprises. We started with a jog at 7am (she woke up early and I needed to get one in). We stopped and fed some carrots to a horse, which she was a fan of. We came home and woke daddy up, opened presents and had yummy fresh blueberry pancakes- her fav. We didn't assemble to presents the night before (our mistake) so Corey worked on her new trike and I worked on her water station. She helped out where she could. Then we played with all her new toys before she zonked out for her nap. After her nap we played on her trike then headed down to an elementary school a block away for her party. She played on all the toys, opened more presents and had some cupcake- yes I let her have some cupcake. She had a great time and is spoiled- Thanks to everyone!

Playing in the water station.

Finished product.

Hold on!

Yummy cupcake.

She loved the frosting. She actually licked about half of the frosting, had two bites of cupcake and was done.

Rug Burn

Isley likes to be pulled around on one of her stuffed animals. After an active evening of pulling she woke up with a big rug burn on her head. She never made a peep about it, so we didn't know till the next morning- her first battle wound.

She found her baby bouncy chair, pulled it out and climbed on in. It is at its max capacity and bends almost to the ground.
Cuddling with Daddy!

Toys?!?!

Isley loves to play with everything but her toys- she loves our tupperware, pens to color on anything, measuring cups, couscous, toothbrushes, my shoes, magazines/books, pots and pans and everything in between. Usually her Sheepy ends up in the pot, which is funny considering she doens't like meat...

I love this picture of the naked Munchkin reaching for some goodies for the bath tub.

Farrah

When she wakes up from a nap her hair is out of control and her cheeks are bright red. Corey thinks I should give her some bangs, but with my past experience... it would look a little rough or I would end up having to shave them off- HA! I just think it would be easier to let it grow out and get thicker and then deal with it. Anyway it is super adorable.
